Booking & Scheduling

Booking slots are subject to availability and are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call by our team. We reserve the right to reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances; in such cases we will offer alternate available dates.

Warranty

Completed waterproofing work is covered by a written warranty as specified in your project's quotation/invoice. Warranty terms, duration, and exclusions vary by service type and will be provided in writing at the time of job completion.

Pricing

Any pricing shown on this website (including the online estimate calculator) is indicative only and subject to change after an on-site inspection. Final pricing is confirmed in a written estimate.

Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable care in our diagnosis and treatment methods, waterproofing outcomes can be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., structural issues, third-party work, extreme weather). Our liability is limited to the terms specified in your project's written warranty.
