How to Identify Slab Leakage

Slab leakage means water is moving through the concrete, not only sitting on a worn coat. You see weeps at a crack or joint, or a soffit that stays wet after the terrace looks “done”.

Clues it is the slab path

• Active drip from a crack, not only peeling paint.
• A previous surface coat the leak ignored.
• Damp that tracks along the underside away from one stain.

Injection grouting treats live through-cracks. A membrane treats the field. Painting the soffit from below is not a slab repair we will warrant. Read the slab leakage page, then book an inspection.
