These are typical Gracia periods. Your certificate must match the quotation. If they differ, the quotation wins.

Plumbing and waterproofing causes often overlap. We will say so in the diagnostic report rather than absorb civil work into a waterproofing warranty.
Warranty questions
No. Period depends on the treatment. Terrace, bathroom, tank and wall systems are typically 5 years (up to 7 on specified PU/polyurea terrace systems). Crack and injection work is typically 3 years. The quotation you sign is binding.
