Why Is My Terrace Leaking After Waterproofing?

A terrace that leaks after “complete waterproofing” usually failed at something the last quote skipped: parapet joint, outlet, ponding, penetrations, or a rigid coat on a slab that moves all summer.

What we inspect on a failed job

• Does water still pond hours after rain?
• Were joints and pipe penetrations detailed, or painted over?
• Was there a pond test at handover?
• Was the chemistry right for an exposed Hyderabad slab?
