Inspection
On-site visual, thermal and optical checks. We do not quote a coating from a WhatsApp photo alone.

Evidence
Photos with marked points, thermal or moisture notes, and the limits of what the scan can prove.

Diagnosis
Cause labelled Confirmed, Probable, Possible or Excluded — then the minimum opening if we still need to verify.

Treatment
Quoted system, preparation, exclusions and testing. Work starts only after you approve the scope.

The period on the quotation and certificate — not a generic banner number.
Real case
Gachibowli basement seepage at the retaining wall
Problem. Standing water along a basement retaining wall after heavy rain.
Inspection. Mapped active weeps; thermal less useful on a wet wall — visual and grout-point marking used.
Confirmed. Hydrostatic pressure at untreated construction joints.
Treatment. PU injection at weep points, then basement coating. Major structural reconstruction not in scope.
Testing. Observation through the next wet spell; pump-out of standing water before coating.
Warranty. Quoted 5-year basement system on treated joints. Later civil cuts excluded.
