Epoxy is a tool, not a brand promise. We use it where the substrate and the use need it — potable tanks, some joints, some wet-area details — after the source is named. It is not the answer to every Hyderabad terrace.

How Gracia diagnoses
Evidence before treatment
We choose chemistry after the cause: food-grade epoxy for tanks, wet-area coats for bathrooms, PU for exposed terraces, injection for live through-cracks. Epoxy on an exposed moving slab is often the wrong spec.
Suchitra overhead tank lining is the epoxy case we publish: empty, inspect, food-grade lining, fill test. Terrace work in Kompally was PU, not epoxy. The quotation names the system.

Overhead tank seepage down the stairwell — Suchitra
Problem. Wet patch on the staircase wall under the overhead tank.
Evidence. Construction joint at the tank floor-wall corner. Overflow pipe was clear.
Confirmed. Failed tank lining at the floor-wall joint.
Treatment. Surface prep, food-grade epoxy lining. Drilling after lining excluded from warranty.
