Tap test, joint inspection, thermal on the ceiling below. Joint-only work is quoted as joint-only. Membrane work is a different line. We do not upsell a tile strip when grout is the evidence.
Hyderabad apartments use large vitrified tiles. Joints are thin and fail first. LB Nagar was a floor-wall membrane failure, not a grout-only job — the report said so before tools came out.

Bathroom leakage into the floor below — LB Nagar
Problem. Water marks on the living-room ceiling under a first-floor bathroom after every shower.
Evidence. Moisture concentrated at the bathroom floor-wall junction, not at the tap line.
Probable. Failed wet-area membrane at the floor-wall joint. Concealed pipe leak not supported by the scan; excluded pending any opening.
Treatment. Injection grouting at the joint, two-coat wet-area system. Plumbing left in place — not in scope.
Testing. Shower test after curing; ceiling below checked the next day.

About this problem
Sometimes, if the membrane under the tiles is still sound and the joints are the path. If the bed is hollow or the membrane has failed, joints alone will not hold. Inspection first.
